Great RV screen...

We were looking for a TV for our RV - and decided to give this one a try. For the money, this is a nice little TV. It fits the RV well, and at 15 pounds, it doesn't really stress the wall mount in the RV - although, we stay take it off the wall during transport. The version of Web OS it comes with is still fairly complete - although there doesn't appear to be DNLA compatibility - which is the one major disappointment. It does come with PLEX, which is an okay substitute.
For a 4K picture, it's pretty average, but for $200, it's fine.

I like Windows Pro as it has better admin, tighter security features and comes with Windows Media Server which allows you stream your local content to devices within your local network. If all you do is surf, then Windows Home would do. Add in other functions like gaming, media and networking - and it's easier with Pro.

This went into a build where the heavy lifting is primarily media transcoding and data storage. Processor is an i9-K10850 10 core, over-clocked to 5 GHZ, with 50 TB of storage. I had good luck with Noctua coolers in the past, which is what I initially built with. But during transcodes with the clock speeds hitting 5 G, and the processor working at over 200 watts, it was totally inadequate. After reading various comparisons, I went with the Kraken and a 280 mm radiator. Since I hadn't really planned on an AIO device, 280 mm was as big as my cabinet could hold.
While the pump mounted and installed fairly easily, I had to be a bit creative installing the radiator. It's in and working, and the temps at max usage are staying below 75 degrees C without extra fans, and still using a quieter setting for the fan and pump control. For future builds based on an i9 processor, I would probably go with the 320 mm radiator and choose an appropriate cabinet to hold it.
The kit is complete, and the pump heat sink has the heat sink paste pre-applied. While there are myriad options for RGB on the pump, for me that isn't a priority, so I chose something pretty basic. I would recommend reading the documentation from NZXT before getting the kit to ensure your build will fully utilize the device.

I wanted a backlit keyboard that was wired, and RGB backlighting is the most common. This was a gift, but I had pre-screened it prior to purchase... I didn't want a mechanical keyboard as I like a shorter throw on the keystroke, and they make too much noise. But I wanted backlighting and media controls... This keyboard does the job, but it's pretty average. It has a standard layout, with media controls in the upper left hand corner. Everything works without having to install any drivers.
I took a look at the drivers, but it looked like they were pre-packaged with a bunch of bloat-ware, so I put it away for now. Other cons include the characters which require a shift key, are labeled below the standard character for that key, and it's already developed some "squeaky" keys - especially the space key. Changing RGB modes is not available unless the drivers are loaded...

A good budget 4K monitor...

A "budget" 4K monitor that's great if you don't want to do gaming. I use it for photo curating and other desktop business applications. I also watch movies in 4K. The color is pretty accurate, and there numerous modes available depending on your use. The menu system is pretty easy to use, and with 2 HDMI and one DP inputs, it's easy to switch between them - I have a 4K surveillance system on one of the other inputs. It comes with speakers, and they are functional, but I use other dedicated speakers in a 5.1 setup. A 2 meter HDMI and DP cable (each) is included in the package.
I did get one that failed within 2 weeks - BB took it back and ordered me a new one w/o having to hit a CC again. Other cons include no height or swivel adjustment with only a tilt up/down adjustment. There are no Windows drivers in included CD-ROM, only a user manual, and I couldn't find any specialized drivers at LG. This is a 30 HZ monitor, so if you need a high frame rate, you should look elsewhere.

Are these for big rigs too?
You can have multiple profiles that have distinct needs - for example height, width and/or weight. We have a 30' tow behind - if I use that profile, it'll keep me off tight twisty roads, not route through low bridges, or warn me if I venture onto roads that have weight restrictions. If you're a commercial driver, the database for services might be a bit irrelevant, as its focus is for RVs. Garmin might have a commercial version of this GPS, but it's probably more expensive.

What type of mount to the dashboard or what ever? And is the mounting part included. I do not see anything. And what is the way to plug in?
If you don't want to use the suction mount, a baseplate is provided. The baseplate is around 3 inches in diameter, and comes with three self-tapping screws to hold it secure. The bottom of the baseplate has a foam pad to help it conform to a curved surface. Once in place, the ball assemblywhich holds the GPS is transferred over to the baseplate from the suction mount.

I know this was asked several months ago, but in case anyone is still wondering, I grind for espresso, using the 10 cup setting. That gives me 3 to 4 double-shot baskets worth. Since I normally have 2, 2-shot grandees each morning, I typically grind every other morning. It's nice to keep the grinds fairly fresh.
