It is a very functional refrigerator but I do not like the way the doors close. Typically a person can shut it with very little push but on this model I have to ensure that the left door gets shut first. If not it will remain with a gap and it not shut fully.

Door closing issue

I had a KA refrigerator and am looking for another one now. My previous refrigerator had this same issue at first. It took about 3 visits & a replacement part but finally the refrigerator would close completely regardless of which door closed first. Having children & elementary age grandchildren this was not ok to have to train them to fix the refrigerator door every time they were in it. Please don’t settle- if it’s a lemon then KA should make it right. I loved mine & plan to buy another one. I am not getting the ice & dispenser in the door. I want the extra room in the refrigerator more.
