Zero stars if possible. Got this for my wife as a Christmas present she wanted. Between her and my daughter they watched all the videos on how to use it and it just doesn't work at all. The hair doesn't nicely wrap around like they show. Half of it blows away as you try to corral it. The curls do not hold. Takes twice as long as a curler. The brushes also blow hair away while trying to use them.
Save yourself a ton of money and run far away from this overpriced garbage. I've had mixed results with Dyson already, but this product ended any fascination we had to their marketing gimmicks. Extremely disappointed and unimpressed with this thing. It absolutely will not do anything advertised unless you spend many hours and a ton of money on hair product to help it.

Got this for a great price a few days after Christmas in exchange for a lesser model I received as a present. Extremely impressed with it. Super fast for all my needs, decent battery life, still has number pad which I use a lot, responsive touchscreen, night lite on keys. Really checked all the boxes for me except I wanted an I7. After using this, I realized I didn't need an I7 at all. The only complaint I have is the fingerprint reader is awful. Only remembers my prints for a day or so and then rejects them. I've just switched to using pin. I have the same problem with my phones though so maybe all the years of working on things has my fingerprints illegible. Not a deal breaker though so she is a keeper. Downsized from a 10lb beast of a laptop with 17" screen and it seems just as big honestly, but a lot lighter. Highly recommended if you are looking for a great deal on a 2in1. Mid 6's when on sale and a deal at those prices.
