I have fall protection abd I dropped the device on carpet and wood floor. The alarm never went off. Customer service says the device knows when u fall for real and then will alert. Not very much confidence in the system to know for sure when I fall

Nice oven, but it has started to make a very loud noise while preheating. It need cleaning like your oven. I pd more and expected more. I have had about a yr. Talking to Beville was difficult and trying to replace earlier was even more difficult. They needed pictures of where it sits, inside and out. I would have return, wait to see if could b repaired, if not would replace. Could take upto 90+ dys.

Begin using Nov. 2025. This is my 2nd one in 20 days.BB replaced my 1st one, it didn't work correctly, Air freshener didn't work and the sensor didn't either. The 2nd one. So far I think is working. When I strike a match for candles or turn the stove or the beville toaster oven the sensor chg'd & come on. It does not remove smells or sense them. A. F. stll not work Sits @100% unless I'm cooking or using a match. These is nothing on the two washable filters after about 30 dys. This was expensive. Easy 2 set-up
