Another steelbook dented

Best Buy continues to ship things in bubble mailers and this is the 5th movie in 3 years that I've had to return for dented, banged up cases. About ready to stop buying steelbooks from them, at all, and I've already decided not to have them shipped. Even in store, I go to pick it up, and it's obviously been frisbeed across the stock room by some aggravated off kid having tantrums and counting hours till he can go home.

This case is cheaply made for a $150 keyboard + case. The pen holder does not hold the pen! I dropped the pen like 5 times on the first day and I ended up creating my own ghetto fix with velcro.
Also the keyboard does not type as well as I expected, but maybe my expectation was too high after using logitech keyboards for years.

This is funny, this same picture and solution and one-star review is on Amazon, from Carguy1976. Same exact picture. So did you buy two of the keyboards, and had the same disappointment from both experiences? Or are you so upset that you'd rather sabotage the review integrity/process on several sites? How many places did you post you bought this keyboard from? 3? 7?
