It’s convenient when they remind you to add on the additional parts needed. I assumed it was included, which would of meant I wouldn’t of been able to install it immediately with new hoses. Order was on time and I was able to drive up and pick it up on the exact day and time originally quoted.

Didn’t realize auto renewal was setup

I had purchased this with a laptop 2 years ago and didn’t realize it was going to renew automatically. I don’t remember signing up for that since I was in the store when I purchased it. Yes, we are using it, but would of liked to at least know my card was on file waiting for a renewal.

Store Cust Service Was Great, Online Not So Much

Service was great inside the store, but online changed the estimated delivery date of the dryer 3 times. Initially it was a 1 week wait, then 2 weeks, and finally 9 weeks. I would of just gotten the washer and ordered the dryer from somewhere else. If they would of originally told me 9 weeks for the other half of my order. Overall the Norman, Ok store employees were great and it wasn’t their fault the online kept changing the pickup dates.

Should I purchase a new hose set if I am disconnecting the hoses and moving to a new house?
In my opinion, if you are just disconnecting and moving you can keep your original hoses. However, you will want to make sure the screen is not damaged, bent, and clogged when hooking them back up. Sometimes during moving the hoses can get crushed, bent, and punctured so make sure you protect them while moving. A good rule of thumb to follow is if the washer is new then it’s good to get a new set of hoses to match. There is also a big difference in cheap hoses vs stainless steel hoses.
