The grill comes in one box un-assembled. It took me an hour to put it together. At times, it would be good if there’s another person to pick up the top when assembling to the bottom section or side’s alignment.

Since there is no shut off button, should we assume it's safe to leave the empty carafe on the warmer? Don't want to reset clock everytime i unplug it but am shocked there's no off button.
