Brandon,the manager corrected the delivery and kept it the .same day. Customer Service called and canceled and tried to reschedule for the next week. The manager brought in another crew from another store to finish the deliverys that day due to the truck breaking down.

Delivery of new oven up to the 3rd floor or any level serviced by an elevator. Removal of all packaging. Install new oven to an existing electrical supply. Secure oven to cabinetry, and install all trim pieces and accessories included with the unit. Not included: additional parts, extensive labor/cabinet modifications, and permit charges.
