Operating System Failure (2 different TV's)

This Sony TV is the worst TV I have ever owned. As a matter of fact I am on my second one in 2 weeks. The install by the Lubbock team was to perfection. Each time when they tried to set up the network, it would connect to the network, but would not load any of the apps. The operating system on these TV's have both failed. I am now moving on to other options. Stay away from this TV. The Samsung QLED will most likely be my best choice overall. They have never failed me.

My mounting of my Sony 950 4K TV was flawless. Mauricio was my installer and was very thorough and professional in explaining all my TV features, along with the full understanding of my mount. I have enjoyed working with my advisor Hunter Lewis, and my salesman Brad at the Legacy store in San Antonio. These guys are very informative with many years of experience in the business. My next project will be for them to install my Klipsch surround sound system.
