EArc issues constantly!

Picture quality is amazing but the eArc has nothing but issues. Have a TCL Roku soundbar that works perfectly fine every time with my Hisense Roku tv but will not produce audio from this tv. I tried all settings, factory resets on both which got it working for a night, next morning no sound again. Going to try to swap for a new one and fingers crossed that tv just had a faulty hdmi port, will update my review if that was the case.
If you don’t plan on using earc or a soundbar this tv picture quality is almost as good at my LG OLED! But for me I want my tv and all its features and capabilities to work properly..
