It stopped charging in less than 2 months but Best Buy wouldn’t exchange even with receipt and box. I had to put in a claim with Morphie and they sent me a new one. It’s a little fidgety and you have to make sure it’s charging before walking away. It might need some readjusting...especially with a case.

The front loaders have their problems but they are avoidable by keeping the seal clean. At least with front loaders the close are tumbling through the lower amount of water. I don’t feel that there is enough water for a top loader and I can’t fill up the basin and soak my clothes. I want a new machine but wish I could adjust water amount for soaking or just peace of mind because it’s hard to believe it’s getting clean when the clothes are barely covered.

I like the option for refresh and wrinkle release when you forget to fold the load in time. Having steam as an option is also a great feature. I thought the door was not reversible and it was annoying to load clothes out of the washer and into the dryer over the door but I was misinformed by the installation people. The door can be reversed if you have to have your dryer to the left of the washer. Wish I knew that a year ago. Look it up on YouTube.

Get refurbished wireless charging case for a great deal. They can’t sell open box for health reasons so these are basically open box with mostly new parts. The only downside is they wrapped the UPS sticker around the Apple box instead of putting it in a bag first and then it was in a bag also. So that means that Best Buy was labeling the box for UPS pickup and because the refurbished items are not shrink wrapped, it is so difficult to get that sticker off if you like to keep the box like me.

They contract out delivery and installation. The service that delivered and installed in Tracy had to come out twice and both teams were rough on the washer and dryer and rushed their work. I asked them to instal the door on the dryer the other way and was told it wasn’t reversible...one year later I found out that it is. My stuff was returned twice for damage.

These are fine and have held up. I don’t know if the price would be better somewhere else but for convenience just get them when you buy your washer. But if you’re buying a dryer as well, you may have to take a trip to Home Depot anyway and you also may need a splitter adapter. Just do your research and make sure you have all the connections you need. Best Buy made it seems like they were providing everything for installation if I bought their hookup kits but I needed to buy more parts anyway...so that was frustrating.

I was told I had to purchase this to install my new dryer but they only used the hose and clamps but I paid for the elbows also. They also couldn’t complete installation until I bought another piece from somewhere else anyway. So research what you need to install in your home and get it yourself. The only requirement is that the installation parts are new so it doesn’t effect your warranty.

I saved so much by going one or two steps down from the best available. In the showroom you can certainly see the difference between models but that is so they can up sell you. It doesn’t have to be this model, but stick to the model from the previous year and don’t throw your money away on the new thing. These TVs are like cell phones and yours will always be worth half the price next year and something better will come out. This has beautiful color and picture and it’s bound to be such an improvement if your current tv is over 2 years old.
