They wouldn't get the washer down the stairs

The delivery people would not even try to take the old washer down the steps and past my chairlift. I had my son and his friend and his friend take it downstairs and ended up selling it through Offer Up so it was a much better deal.

We'll deliver, install and make sure your new washing machine is working. We'll level your washer, plug it in and attach the hoses. Additional charges may apply if not up to local codes or requirements.

The installation people were unwilling to even try getting my washing machine past my chairlift and up the stairs. I can understand not being able to do it but it seems that they could have at least tried. I ended up having my son and one of his friends taking the washer up the stairs and connecting it and they had no problem getting it past the chairlift on the first try.

Love my new washer

I bought the LG Front-Loading washer and I just love it. It is real easy to pick the cycle, temperature and anything else you want. It handles a fairly large load of clothes. I highly recommend that you purchase the pedestal to put the washer on as it is fairly low to the floor and is hard to see how full you have loaded the washer.
