It's fast and I like the flexibility of having a laptop and a tablet. However, the pen fell on the floor while I was opening the box and the tip broke! Fortunately there were two extra tips in there. Since it's so fragile, I'm afraid to use it now... Also, it gets really hot and the fan is very loud. The worst part is that the fan often makes a ticking noise that drives me crazy. As soon as I have time to be without a computer I will have to bring it in for service. :(

You can bring it back to your local best buy If the fan is loud, noisy, hot and makes a ticking noise you can get a replacement without bringing it in for service. If you brought it from October 13th You can bring it back for a replacement until January 16st 2021.

No, it does not. It only works with iPhone 8 Plus and above but if you were to get a Mophie battery case, it will work with your iPhone 7 Plus.
