Windows sucks. What I am buying is access to directX. Windows 10 start menu randomly will stop working in a variety of ways. The control panel is a mess and split between to locations. There are ads all over and now even popup ads built right into the OS. Yeah, they keep finding new ways to make it suck more.

Does not work right out of the box. The RAM was installed wrong resulting in a failed POST at first power on. This is fixable by simply moving the ram to the slots labeled 1 and 2.
Other than that it only has a 400 watt power supply so expect that to burn out under any moderate to heavy load. I am replacing it anyway so I don't care but it is something to look out for.
Over all it is not a bad price for a pile of part; it's just not a working computer.
