I purchased this tv for my exercise room. The tv was an open box excellent condition product. I chose curbside pickup and didn’t think to look in the box when I picked up my tv. Needless to say, when I arrived home the tv screen was broken. I had to drive an hour back to the store to return it. However I did buy another open box tv (same brand) which I had to pay extra for but I made sure that the tv worked before leaving the store. The tv fits perfectly in my exercise room and is still working well.
