I’m not a big fan of this film, but I wanted to own the steelbook which is cool. I don’t think this film has aged well, but I think kids will enjoy it. Slap stick comedy, that I suppose for its time worked. Basic plot is kids find a treasure map, and decide to look for it. But they’re not the only ones. Extras are the usual for older films, original documentary, and interviews. If you’re a fan then you’ll find a lot to enjoy. Otherwise I would suggest digital download or rental.

Good cult film

Rutger is like the Greg Norman of film. He doesn’t always pull off a winner but you still enjoy watching him. This isn’t my favorite Rutger film, but It’s still pretty good. It’s starting to show it’s age, heavy synth soundtrack and cheesy one liners. The monster is thankfully not shown too much. You get that rubber suit vibe. They tried to clean up the picture, but there’s still grain and particles. You get a bunch of interviews and a short making of. They also included the longer Japanese cut. You also get a choice of covers, the one pictured and a Blade Runner looking one. Add in a slip cover and this is a solid release. So If you’re a fan you should pick this up while you can.

I’m a big fan of the creators work, and collect all his films. He’s become a real Master of the genre. I don’t consider this his best work though. The animation is incredible as always, but the story is just okay. I’ve seen this plot before, so I wasn’t real excited. It’s still a good body swapping film. The steelbook is nice, but extras are lacking. There is a collectors edition out there as well. If you’re a anime fan I’m sure you’ll be entertained.

Primal fun

I was never a big fan of Far Cry, and only played FC3. I picked this up on sale, and figured why not. I really love the setting in prehistoric time. The graphics and gameplay are awesome. There’s so much to do, and so many weapons to do it with. If you’re not prepared the wild animals will eat you. The badgers are small but really nasty. If you’re not usually a Far Cry fan, give this one a shot. I’m glad I did, and already bought the next game.

Rats, I hate rats. I enjoyed this game for the most part. Great looking game, with interesting story. I also liked the characters, and the idea of the main character protecting her brother. I never thought I would see a game about rats. Hats off to the developers.
My main concern is some of the gameplay mechanics. Takes some time to get used.to controls, especially when controlling the rats. There will be some points in the game where you may get frustrated. This game won’t be for everyone. Overall this is a good game, just not sure if I will replay it.

I really enjoyed this game, a heartbreaking work of art. Wonderful story and characters. A beautiful game as well. I already owned this on PS3, but couldn’t pass up the price.
The only bad thing I can say is the gameplay has some issues. Fighting and gunplay just seem off. Wasn’t a big fan of the stealth parts of the game. These are very minor though, and could just be my gameplay preference. Buying this is a no brainer.
I was playing TLOU2, but I switched back to replay this game. This is the best of us by far.

I’ve loved GOW since the PS2, and own every game that has come out. The only issue I’ve had is they started to get repetitive. I love the more adventure style of gameplay of this one. This is also a very beautiful looking game. Controls are tight, and story is epic.
Can’t beat BB’s great sale price as well. Don’t miss out on this one, it is superb.

Every dvd and blu-ray I’ve owned of this film has been defective. I’m happy to say this steelbook version has no playback issues. Beautiful picture and sound, and the usual extras on disc 3. One of my favorite films, and one of Sir Ridley Scott’s best.
A great steelbook set, I highly recommend.

I own all the Uncharted games, and loved all but #3. I picked this set up due to great sale price. The first game had wonky controls, but I still loved it. The second game is a Masterpiece, one of the best games ever made. The third game felt rushed, and the gameplay suffered. It was bad enough that I never finished it.
Should you pick this up? If you’ve never played them, or are a big fan, then I would say heck yes.

I’ve been a fan of Costner since Silverado. I actually saw this film when it hit theaters. I can forgive him for the occasional bad film, but I don’t think this is one of them. It’s a flawed film to be sure. It also wasn’t a financial failure. It actually made money if you include foreign box office.
The script could have used some work, and I think Hopper was miscast. I also wish it was a darker film, instead of a swashbuckler. The costumes were the usual B movie type. I think it’s a fun time waster, and I’ll watch it often.
The Arrow release is beautiful, and has all the extras I could hope for. This is the two disc release, not the limited edition. This edition is worth the price, pick it up while you can.
