Love This Sony OLED with an Unbeatable Price

I have long wanted a Sony OLED after reading reviews and seeing the screens in comparison with other UHD screens. The clarity of the screen is excellent. It was also very easy to go through the set up functions. This TV comes with the sound emanating from the actual screen and not via built in speakers. The sound quality is excellent. Needless to say, since you don't have a remote subwoofer you won't have the resounding bass and big theater booming bass affects. But overall the sound and picture from this TV are impressive.
The added buying aspect was I happened to go into Best Buy following a lunch with my buddies and this TV was discounted $700 which made it the same price and the LG 65 inch OLED. This was NOT an open box price but a sales price on a brand new Sony. Even my friends were shocked at the discounted price. I did check the Best Buy price with the price of the same TV on Amazon. This Best Buy deal was even hundreds of dollars less that what this same unit was selling for on Amazon.
I am the type of person who feels more comfortable going into a store to view, hear, or touch high priced items. I regularly go into Best Buy to look at what is available and to examine items I am interested in. This is one of those times my walking into Best was more than advantageous.

Great Deal on My New Sony Bravia XR a80J TV

I have wanted a Sony Bravia OLED TV for several years. It was always much more expensive than the LG. It happened one recent weekend, I was visiting my local Best Buy and they had it for $700 off the regular price. This even beat Amazon's price by several hundred dollars. It only took me a minute to decided on buying it. I did purchase a Sanus TV wall mount. Best Buy delivered the TV, installed the mount and mounted the TV. The installer did a very good job.
I am more than pleased with my purchase. The picture is excellent. It's crisp, clean and shows all the detail you would expect from a OLED. This model also has built in speakers. They are so good that I have not even hooked up my original sound bar. Sony has developed the technology that even allows the TV to set up the speakers so that I can receive optimum sound clarity by using their direction locator to ensure the sound is optimized to where I am sitting.

This Open Box Item Was A Steal

I purchased the Samsung 60" QLED TV as an open box item. It was never previously used. It appears the original buyer never even set it up since all the original packaging material was not opened. This TV was easy to set up and the picture quality is excellent. As an open box item I saved hundreds dollars from the original price.
