I bought a pop socket but since I keep my phone in my front pants pocket that kept getting caught when I needed to get to my phone. Unfortunately I missed the 14 day return so I’m still on the pop socket and the vent mount. Never tried vent mount I suspect that it would work well.

Fits Door Frame Better than Ring 2 But Issues

I originally bought the Ring 2 and it worked great. The only problem was it was too wide for my door frame so I exchanged it for the Ring Pro. When I connected it hit rang without stopping. It took several hours even with assistance from the ring technical support team. The first tech was lost in space and it was a blessing when we got cut off. The second guy was knowledgeable But it still took an hour to finally discover that I needed to remove the battery from my existing doorbell. I am not sure why it worked but I am glad that it did work.
