It's working well, it's new..it replaced the same exact model I bought 2 years ago, which had problems a year after installation. After warranty expired I was better off buying a new one. I bought the same one so I wouldn't have to make new Holes in the tiled walls, I'm hoping this one last and the old one was just a bad unit.!!!!
