I pre-ordered this by mail. Received it in a timely fashion product arrived in great shape with no damage. But when I opened it no insert or booklet with the digital code. So I returned it to my local BESTBUY located in Aberdeen, NC. The staff was helpful and friendly. It was exchanged for a replacement. So I opened the new replacement on the spot in front of the staff...NO DIGITAL CODE. Yes, we have a problem here. The store had one more in stock. The manager open the third Blu-ray...ONCE AGAIN NO DIGITAL CODE! Disappointed to say the least. I am willing to bet there are more Nightmare On Elm Street (SteelBook) out there with no digital codes inside.
I don't blame BESTBUY for the lack of a digital code that falls on the distributor of this particular product. However, BestBuy does need to address this some how. Just not getting what you paid for here. Maybe all who purchase this Blu-ray receive the code via email or something.
I included a picture in my review so there would be no misunderstanding as to which Blu-ray I am talking about.
