The guys who did the job were nice enough, but they failed to properly install the drain hose, which caused water to leak from the back of the machine, and possibly shortened the product's life.

Error Code e64 After 13 Months of Light Use

This machine is ok if it works, but mine died about a month after the warranty was up. When it worked it took about 90 minutes to dry a small load, which makes it slightly less efficient than the sun on a nice summer day.
After just over a year of using it 3-4 times a week it flashed error code e64, and is now inoperable. It would be really sweet if Best Buy took pride in their house brand and delivered quality products that didn't require the purchase of expensive service plans in order to keep functioning for more than a year.

I keep getting the error of E3 on the display panel. Does not matter what setting I have the dryer on, after about 25 mins it will stop and have that code. What does that mean and how do I fix?
