great replacement for existing duct which I had removed and trashed. Needed to replace it anyway.
like the 90 degree angle adapter made it so much easier to snug the dryer to the wall. Easy to install, slip on adapter, connect to wall opening, two clamps that tightened with just a few turns of the screwdriver (electric screwdriver made it that much easier).

I asked to change the door swing, said that is not part of their installation, said to call service and they would do it for free. Service said it costs an additional $50 and there was an option to specify door swing when ordering the dryer. There is not, I checked. I ended up doing it myself, wasn't difficult.

They brought the washer and dryer, hooked them up and all was good. The crew was friendly and efficient. In and out in half an hour.
Needed to swap the open direction of the dryer door. They would not do it, not part of installation, said to call for service, it would be free.
