Didn’t Install Nor Moved Old Washer as Requested

Not sure what happened but i bought a washer for my parents and requested their old washer be moved and the new one installed.
However, neither the move nor install request was fulfilled. Luckily Best Buy gave me a refund on my move request. And fortunately my dad had help moving the washer and installing because otherwise it would’ve been too heavy for him.

LG took everything you love about the traditional top load agitator washer and kicked it up a notch, with enhanced cleaning and conveniences that simplify laundry day.
