I replaced a 5 y/o Samsung with this new one. The old one had drum problems and persistent re-cycling and rinsing. Still, it was otherwise a good machine for 5 years. This one seems to be working just fine. I think it's noisier than before ... not a big deal, though. I like the Samsung products, so I'm satisfied.
I was very happy with Best Buy salesperson, the communications prior to delivery, and the install guys. Very happy.

I'm sure it's fine ... but it did not come with the washer even though I was charged for it. The installer guys did a very nice job of installing the washer using existing hoses. It's not worth the hassle to complain about it, but I can't really give a good review when I got charged for something that didn't come.
I have to "recommend" using the item because it is probably good quality ... if I had gotten it.

I have had PCs since the mid 80s, beginning with the original PC and AT. I have never had such a piece of JUNK as this. Don't even think of relying on the cursor to actually move when you touch the touch pad. No, with this one it just sits there until it wants to move. I had never purchased a Dell before, and I will never do it again. What a waste of money and time.

Almost perfect for me

Very pleased with everything except one thing .... the sound recording is awful. Awful. It didn't occur to me to check the sound recording until after the 30 days had passed, so I couldn't return it to exchange for a pricier model. (I tried, BB refused.) But the work-around was to get a good quality external microphone that plugs into the same jack. I had to buy two because the first one was still junk. It cost me an extra $75 and it's a pain to have to use an external device ... but that's my situation. Still, I would recommend this phone unless you want to record something musical.
