Appreciate receiving great communication prior to install, including phone contact with close ETA. Installers wore masks while in our home (not done with other deliveries inside). Impressive navigation of narrow pathway with heavy washer removal and delivery. Showed operation of washer and level status. Sadly, we are returning and replacing belt driven washer for direct drive replacement for quieter machine. Hope for the same installers with replacement.

No added costs of delivery were incurred. Upgraded to a direct-drive machine from this belt drive (noisy) one. Purchased a 5-year extended warranty for peace of mind.

Mini 2 was same price as Mini 1, so we got the 2nd generation and were SO pleased with the first one that we purchased a second one on the same day! Easy to install app and set up. Rarely have used the touch commands because the voice command "hey google... play (whatever name station you prefer) station on Pandora" with "increase volume XX%" or "decrease volume XX%" being the most used commands. Have even used "hey google, what time is it" or "hey google, tell me a joke" being useful. Great purchase!

Perfect inexpensive rice cooker

Had a fancy rice steamer, but the pot was teflon coated and started to blister. Cost less to purchase the Insignia 2.6 quart rice cooker, brand new, than the replacement pot. Figured I'd try it. The design is simple... the weight of the pot of rice lifts off of the sensor to change from cook to warm. Makes perfect rice. Easy-to-use measure cup provides ease of measurement... 4 cups of rice, use the 4 line for filling up water. Only reason a 4-star rating was for the vegetable steaming. MAKE SURE YOUR SUPERVISE STEAMING VEGETABLES BECAUSE IT WILL BURN IF THE WATER IN THE BOTTOM ON THE POT COOKS OFF. I steamed my cauliflower too long, burned off the water, and could smell the burning. My own fault, as I went past the recommended steaming time. Liked this so well for the rice that I purchased one for my daughter-in-law.

"Official" toner is the only one that works

When I purchased my printer, I purchased toner cartridges that were not "Brother", but were supposed to be compatible. NOT! By the time I had used the starter cartridge and had to replace it, it was too late to return the compatible cartridges. So, I just took the loss. Purchased the official Brother - TN730 Toner Cartridge - Black, and the printer is working just fine! Save yourself the hassle and mess and just spend the extra cost to replace your cartridge with the official Brother version. Price from Best Buy was great.

Purchased a smaller air fryer for my husband and I and discovered it is perfect for frozen, battered mushrooms, tater tots, and onion rings without the grease and extra calories. Were so impressed with the quality of food we can consume, while still dieting, that we purchased the 5.2L for our son and his family. The size is larger, but works great! Can't beat the price and Best Buys backing of their products. I had read reviews about a nasty smell/taste, so I followed a suggestion of running ours for 30 minutes at 400 degrees while empty to remove any metallic smell/taste. It worked for us. I'm not an electrician, so this is just me following a previously-read review and sharing that we have not had anything we used in the air fryer taste metallic. Love the digital precision for temperature and time (usually use 400 degrees for 13 minutes). Asked our son if he wanted to return it in the 15-day timeframe from purchase and he said no. They are liking it.
