What a piece of junk. I bought this to replace our old AT&T phones, but the quality on these new ones is reprehensible. The keys are very mushy and even worse, the phones are SLOW.
I should have taken them back, but I rarely use them since I have a smartphone. Plus, my mother hates change, so I didn't want to hear the kvetching (complaining).

This is my second Roku. They work great and I have no complaints.
The JBL headphones, however, suck. They are "slippery" and not contoured to fit in the inner ear like my Apple earbuds are. The JBLs keep falling out of my ear. Plus, their sound is somewhat muffled. Simply put, they are just not good. Avoid!
Just use a pair of Apple earbuds, with a 3.5 mm jack (not the lighting jack) and you will be satisfied.

Logitech, sadly, has gone downhill. There were no instructions with it and I had to contact the company to figure out what the buttons did. Not a great way to start.
For its hefty $100 price, I expected better. I wound up returning it the next day and got a Microsoft mouse instead.

I got an open box for $219 and I am satisfied overall. The most important thing is to have a proper expectation level for what a Chromebook can, or cannot, do.
I basically use it for the internet and Google Sheets (a spreadsheet). It is not intended to be like a high-powered laptop, but for basic stuff, I'm glad to have it.
