First try, machine dropped at wrong house, Called BB and was told it was my fault because I didn't want to wait for several more hours that night for them drive out and pick it up and bring it back. Then waited 2 days for next delivery. Supposed to get 4 hour window, instead got 25 minutes notice before second try for delivery. Install guy asked me if I wanted my old machine taken for free. Odd since BB charges $59.99 for this service. He rushed to install. Water hoses hooked up to opposite temps so tight I can't get them off, drain hose zipped tied to water hose after I asked him to stop and please listen, my plumber showed me a better way. He said this isn't his usual route so...rush, rush, rush. He checked for the machine to be level, but didn't make sure it wasn't rocking. He started the empty machine and said to wait for a full wash to complete before using and to call BB if it was not working. As soon as he left, the machine hit it's first spin cycle and began to shake and slam all over. I cancelled the cycle and discovered the water lines were switched. Called BB again, now waiting 3 more days for new install to be corrected. Beyond disgusted.
