My only challenge is that I didn't want another service as I'm working to cut the cord, so I lost streaming after 3 months. Up until then, it was a good service. I feel like if Apple really wanted to get me hooked, they would have given me 1 year of free service.

Very good NAS. After about 3 months, I discovered a problem with my device. I spoke to customer support at Western Digital and a new Cloud device was immediately sent to me for replacement. Had it back up in working a day. Use it to archive 30 years of digital photos. In addition, I have connected it to my phone and my Alexa devices. Immediate backup of my phone pics, and with a short time, they show on my Alexa.
