To make a very long & aggravating story short, we purchased several kitchen appliances. The installers (who are outside contractors) did not know what they were doing and damaged our counter, in addition to several other botched up things. I unfortunately cannot recommend them to anyone. It was stressful & aggravating & I truly believe Best Buy & their outside contractors were just hoping we would give up & go away, but we did not.
