Good but not a perfect fit

The hardware is excellent. My ears dont hold them super well, I've woken up to fine one or both of them have fallen out as i sleep but its uncommon. The user interface is dreadful . Initial setup is a pain. Getting it to update was annoying. Adjusting the songs is also annoying as you can't do it while it's charging for some asenine reason.

Okay...needs further improvements

You'd think by now Sony would offer a controller with paddles with so many on the market. This controller is good, not great.
When it comes to precision based games, it feels like the cursor moves to slow when you're making slight adjustments, when you extend the joystick further, then it moves too quickly. This causes a weird feeling that it's not as precise as even the DualShock 4 was. The DS4 was much more consistent with the cursor moving progressively and steadily faster the more you pushed the joystick to the side.
The haptic is probably where this controller sings the most. Night and day difference between it and every other controller on the market.
The speaker and mic built in are a nice plus but pretty bad quality. Only good if your wireless headset happens to die (so in a pinch) and I would not use it for an extended period of time...especially if you have noise-sensitive people or pets in the home.
Overall, it's a fine controller but not a great controller. I prefer the Scuf Vantage controllers with non-parallel joysticks but there aren't compatible ones with the PS5 (for PS5 games).

Therapy on the Cheap

Fun...played it for several months straight. It eventually turned into a bit of a grind but every game will feel that way eventually. Now I come back periodically for events. It's definitely a game worth having, even if you only play it on trips or in the bathroom.
A fun, pretty, and simply game that often times feels more like therapy than a game. Just temper your expectations
