* Bought this as a back up to a GE freezer we already had. Worst purchase ever made! Ran less than 2 months and motor burnt up. Contact Best Buy and was told nothing they could do. Contacted makers of Insignia and told same by them. I had my receipt and all documentation of purchase.
* I just blew $200 for a piece of junk that's not even worth putting trash in. Wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy.
* You will get NO SUPPORT, NO REPLACEMENT NO REINBURSEMENT for any type of loss of the freezer or food lost,
* Spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

Poor Support Team

So far works great but had a problem getting help to install it after purchase. Was told would be sent a key/code for installation update/renewal but waited 3 days before finally received, then wouldn't recognize it. Contacted Geek Squad who tracked down the problem & installed it. Shows it is working now but everytime I call Geek Squad it takes them a bit to actually find where I have coverage for WebRoot. The last lady with GS actually insinuated I was lying about having WebRoot security when I asked for help installing it on a second device. Scary considering today's technology. May be finding another GS support and antivirus next go around. Very disappointed with both.
