Christopher Nolan steps back into the director's chair for this sequel to Batman Begins, which finds the titular superhero coming face to face with his greatest nemesis - the dreaded Joker. Christian Bale returns to the role of Batman, Maggie Gyllenhaal takes over the role of Rachel Dawes (played by Katie Holmes in Batman Begins), and Brokeback Mountain star Heath Ledger dons the ghoulishly gleeful Joker makeup previously worn by Jack Nicholson and Cesar Romero. Just as it begins to appear as if Batman, Lt. James Gordon (Gary Oldman), and District Attorney Harvey Dent (Aaron Eckhart) are making headway in their tireless battle against the criminal element, a maniacal, wisecracking fiend plunges the streets of Gotham City into complete chaos.

The film that started the "summer blockbuster" trend, director Steven Spielberg's adaptation of Peter Benchley's novel is a masterpiece of action and suspense. The New England resort town Amity Island is terrorized by a man (and woman)-eating great white shark, and it's up to the local police chief (Roy Scheider), a marine biologist (Richard Dreyfuss), and a grizzled shark hunter (Robert Shaw) to stop the feeding frenzy. With Lorraine Gary, Murray Hamilton; features a classic score by John Williams. 124 min. Widescreen; Soundtracks English Dolby Atmos, DTS HD 7.1 Master Audio, DTS Surround mono, French DTS HD High Resolution Audio 7.1, DTS 5.1, Spanish DTS 5.1; Subtitles English (SDH), French, Spanish; featurettes; deleted scenes; outtakes; storyboards; photo gallery; theatrical trailer; 44-page booklet. Two-disc set.

Vertical Banding is terrible
By Mac1
I will start this out saying I am typically a Sony fan and I have had an old old-xbr52w4 for 12 plus years and it has been amazing. I bought a Samsung MU8000 back in 2017 and I was never happy with the blooming and black levers. So I wanted to get another television and it came down to the LG B9 or the Sony x950h. Then I saw a video for the new 65x900h and saw that it would support the hdmi 2.1 and I was sold. I waited for it to come out and finally on the first day of availability I ordered one.
Well it showed up and looked amazing on the unboxing. I got it set up turned it on and loved the meus’s and the android operating system. Got it turned on started to watch programming and I loved the black levels and the way the colors popped on the screen. Then I put on the NHL channel and it was all down hill from there. I started to notice that the picture looked really bad when they showed the ice surface with the game playing. I didn’t know what was going on so I did so I thought maybe it’s just the NHL channel so I put on the NFL channel and I noticed the same problems when they would show the sky or the gray background at the stadium. I did some research and found out that this is called vertical banding. I also noticed that the very edges of the screen had what’s called dirty screen effect. It’s even more noticeable when you playing video games, which is one of the main reasons I got the x900h for the PS5. I ran a video that allowed you to check for vertical banding during greyscale tests and it was terrible.
So now I’m stuck do I return the television and get another one in hopes that it was just a bad panel or is this a problem that is inherent with the x900h? Should I get the LG OLED b9?
As a long time fan of Sony quality I’m very disappointed with this television. I’m hoping I just got a bad unit and this isn’t a problem with the design.

Gradient
July 26, 2020
I read Sony removed the gradient adjuster option on this tv, that’s why there’s co much vertical banding. Sad
