The smart lock looks good, and easy to use. The installation take a while even with Best Buy in-home installation due to some bluetooth issues, but once we reset the lock, including draining the power, it went well. Make sure you have a strong WIFI signal too.
One thing is the app seems taking a while to update setting to the lock. When I try disable auto-lock thru the app, it takes a minute or 2 to update to the lock with new settings. Still recommended!
