Best Buy lowered the price of the 55” Toshiba Alexa inside 4K tv, but informed Me, in not so much an apologetic way, that their new policy was I could of course have the difference in price refunded if I chose to take the TV off the wall, package it up, return it to the Store in Rochester, and then purchase a new one at a lesser price!!!
