I have no regrets purchasing the pedestals (for washer and dryer)! The single drawer is sufficient for storing multiple items that will fit it the drawer. The pedestals are the perfect height for my washer and dryer. I can't imagine not having the pedestals for the front load W/D set.

With some hesitancy, I decided to replace my thermostat with a smart thermostat hoping to save on energy cost. After a partial winter season and one summer season I reviewed my usage to the previous season and delighted to report that my summer usage was down by 18%, and 10% for the partial winter season. There are several variables to consider. So, I'll reassess next season. So far so good! Following the directions and viewing the video I had no difficulty installing the thermostat. It is a nice convenience to have the option to adjust the thermostat using my cell. I am a Nest subscriber and have several Google Nest products with one subscription!

Still working great! The picture quality is great... day or night! I subscribed to Ring and find the features and settings useful. Notifications are timely and the flood lights are luminescent and lights up over 80' of the backyard. I removed the 21 year old flood light and installed the Ring floodlight cam within 30 minutes.
