Don't buy at Best buy with Warranty

Purchased this and the three year warranty for my son starting college. Warranty was $ 300.00+ dollars. A month later it started freezing up. I got the run around on returning or repairing it. They said they would have to send out and it would take 2-3 weeks. Not great for a college student. Finally they said they would replace but it would consume my warranty in full. EVEN though it was under manufactures warranty! I had to purchase another $ 300.00+ warranty for the replacement. This was never discussed when I purchased. Apparently they do not work on these computers. Don't buy here and don't waste your money on the warranty! Very disappointed with Best Buy over this!
