The agitator~s 4-way wash action combines with exclusive LG TurboDrum Technology to give clothes an enhanced but gentler clean. Who says you can~t improve on a classic?

I am very happy with this washer. The tub is 4.3 larger than the Whirlpool washer was 3.8. It uses less water and the spin cycle gets more water out of clothes. It takes lesser time to dry. The see through glass top is a plus, since you can see into the washer.

Love all the features the 30 sec, instant touch minutes, sensor reheat etc.The size is just right and enough watt power. I replaced 10 + year old microwave. The fours stars is for the noise the microwave makes. First time used, it really scared me and I shut it off. When I talked to the Sharp technician of course it didn't make the same sound/noise. Sometimes the sound/noise is loud then gets quiet or just the reverse.

If I only wash with cold water, can I turn off the hot water intake and not burn out the motor?

Having a surge protector is better than nothing. From experience having a loss of TV, stereo, microwave etc. do to storm and loss of electricity cost $$$. All were fried. If you are spending $$$ it is best to have it protected as I do now. I don't worry when there is power outages. I can't answer your question for I am not expert in the field. As I have found most stores are not stocked or inventory updated but you can be sure even spending a little more to have the item quickly with great customer service!

Hello, My dad has Parkinson's, in a nursing home and cannot hold a phone to talk. Will a headset with microphone work with his cell phone which is the brand Great Call For Seniors, Will his phone ring still if the cord from the headset was plugged in
I have only used this plug into the computer for work at home. What I like about it is the minimal foam used and the item can be clean because it is mostly plastic. It is comfortable to wear and stationary on the head. I would suggest try the product your self. You can return it if need be.
