This is a wonderful refrigerator

This refrigerator was an upgrade/replacement on a year old LG model that had a bad compressor (thank goodness Best Buy total tech) helped to expedite this new upgraded fridge.
We are very happy with this model some of the features we really like are:
- the craft ice balls are amazing
- so far water dispenser is working great
- shelves are very deep so you can fit a lot of food in the fridge.
- the extra “fridge drawer” can be used as a freezer or a refrigerator this is so helpful for lunch meats, cheeses yogurts etc. I doubt I’ll use it for a freezer since the freezer section is really big.
- the freezer section is very spacious
- insta-view is very cool
- so far water dispenser is working great
- shelves are very deep so you can fit a lot of food in the fridge.

The only small complaints:
- the shelving is a little awkward in terms of spacing for example your tall items such as milk/orange juice need a certain amount of space so that means shelf two will be very small in terms of height, when adjusting the third shelf as well there is only so much space for the shelves holes to grasp into. I do think this was not thought of clearly from a product/practically perspective.

- the third shelf on one side collapses inwards so if you had a large bowl it would fit better this really doesn’t work for my family since the main bottom shelf is for water bottles (but might be practical for other households)

We have saved thousands of dollars with this yearly membership and is worth every penny. We recently had one of those LG fridges with a faulty compressor break after 13 months, (LG was sued over this and they settled last year) Best Buy took care of us and we were able to get a replacement fridge at no cost to us! If we didn’t have the protection plan, it would have taken weeks for LG to make things right and replace their faulty fridge. We have also saved a lot of money with TV mounting, and I can always call Geek Squad for technical support and I know I have the experts on my side, being a total tech member gives me peace of mind on our purchases (washer & dryer protected as well) you don’t want to regret not having it if you do encounter issues with your purchases in the future.
