incomplete use of hose

Hot water hose was not installed.
The guys who try to handle handle delivery, installation and Haul away all together seems to me they were not expert enough to complete installation!

We'll deliver, install and make sure your new washing machine is working. We'll level your washer, plug it in and attach the hoses. Additional charges may apply if not up to local codes or requirements.

Incomplete installation

It seems like a joke to claim delivery and installation guys followed CDC guideline.
They did not wear shoe cover and when my wife, at the time they already moved the washer to second floor asked them for lack of shoe cover, they replied they don't have one.
Installation was incomplete and hose for hot water still is the same old hose, and they said hot water shout off tap is faulty and we need to ask plumber to complete installation, but with the same shout off tap they turned on the machine and apparently, there was not any apparent issues!!
