I WISH I COULD RETURN IT, BUT CAN'T!

I give the Echo Show 5 2 1/2 stars. I have tried to adapt to it, wanted to like it, but was going to return it until I learned Best Buy only allows a FIFTEEN DAY return window!
This will be my last electronics purchase from Best Buy. I should have purchased this from Amazon directly, as their return policy is generous. Fifteen days is just not enough time to decide if you want to keep something, especially when you are leaning towards returning it but wanting to give it a chance.
So, what makes me want to return it, or I guess now smash it with a hammer? First, it has to be told twice many time. It will acknowledge your selection, but the station won't play until you command a second time.
I have rather ancient Dots, so I thought this would be an upgrade, and it is in terms of sound quality. But even there, because it is more powerful, the loudness variation from say level 2 to level 3 is much greater than with the Dot. This matters to me because I use level 2 or 3 when listening to Pandora at night, but with this unit, 2 is sometimes too low, but 3 is too loud.
Another example: I'll command it to Pandora and at some point it will switch, without any command or prompting, to something else.
Did I mention I wish I could return it?

Too complicated

Wasn't a good solution for us. The unit was incompatible with out opener.
I think it's a bit complex for what it is, and, it requires sticking a large adhesive QR code on the door for it to detect if it's open or closed. There's no way that is going to stay on in a humid Florida garage.

The quality of this item for the price is incredible. Basically, it's a mini-laptop without Windows. If you use Chrome as your browser, you won't notice any difference, aside from it being faster than Windows, and, unfortunately, it's limited print abilities. My Brother printer is not compatible, so I couldn't use this as my primary computer without buying a Chromebook-friendly printer.
Setup consisted of logging into my Google account. Voila! Everything synched.
Battery life is very long, and the unit itself is lightweight.

I would give them five stars, as the sound is good, but there is a little static sound when moving the jack, which is not good in a new set of earbuds, and for the weird little plastic "waffle" on one bud. I have no idea why it was designed that way. It doesn't seem to do anything useful.
Like I said, the sound quality is good and they're comfortable.
I like the design of my old philips earbuds better, but they don't seem to be around any longer.

Nice for the money - with one caveat.

For the price, it's hard to beat this one.
Large screen, excellent picture, good sound, extremely easy to set up.
I deducted one star for the HDMI ports being on the bottom of the TV. Hanging on a wall, it's impossible to hide the cables completely.
We solved the problem by purchasing 2 L-shaped HDMI adapters for eight bucks.
If I had known, I would have looked for a different TV with ports on the side or back, like the one it replaced, but the adapters inexpensively resolved the issue.

I loved Wall Street as a young guy, and was less impressed when the Money Never Sleeps sequel came out.
Watching both back-to-back was fun. The original is a 1980's time-capsule. I was there. It was great.
What surprised me was how much more I enjoyed the 2010 sequel the second time around. It pretty much captures the housing crisis/bailout era.
The only weakness of the second is Shia LeBeouf and Carey Mulligan are not exactly eye candy or compelling actors.
Buy this and binge-watch them...

The box says "Certified Pre-Owned" which Best Buy did not disclose. That said, it sure looks new, and works perfectly.
I bought this to see if I could transition to Android, since I have many issues with Apple: no SD card slot, no headphone output jack, etc.
I think this phone outperforms my iPhone5 in every way except camera color accuracy. However, the lighting in the pics on this phone is better.
Nice size, just a bit bigger than the iPhone but not huge like the newer ones. The back comes off, so I added 128GB memory in seconds, cheaply and if you need a new battery, it's ten bucks and two minutes, vs. having to take it somewhere and pay $70 or more. Battery life is impressive. Screen is vibrant.
I did not activate Unreal cell service. Just using wi-fi.
I definitely will not buy another iPhone based on the positive experience with this Android.
