this lens cleaner removes most smudges and dust from my camera lens. there were some stuff that took an extra effort to remove and i had to use a lens cloth but on most lenses it worked good.

Is this compatible with nikon d40? Will the auto focus function work? I bought another lens and ended up returning because although it said it was compatible the auto focus wasnt.
