Quality really matters

I bought this from Best Buy and paid for installation. I couldn't get it fully installed until January due to lines and then needing a plumber. The washer is still leaking and it is hard to get customer service in the time frame that I'm allowed on my phone at work. I bought them because they were a good price and with my plus membership, it was taking $50 off. I'm realizing cheap isn't always the best route to take.

It was a hassle to get this to work. I didn't have the correct product key. I went to Best Buy and they couldn't help me. I ended up contacting Adobe and they were able to assist but not without me jumping through hoops.

I bought these and I thought I purchased the silver lines. I also paid for installation but gold lines were hooked to my washer and they were defective. I didn't know that they were not usable until return window was closed due to workers not being able to complete installation. I had water all over my floor due to defective hoses.
