For animation buffs, this is stunning artwork and animation. The story is interesting as well, but the over emotions that the characters exude made me wince and diminished it's intentions. Would I recommend this to a friend, if they are an animation buff: yes; but for anyone else, I'd be wary.

Disney/Fox releases a winner!

I'm glad that Disney is finally releasing it's Fox acquisition titles to 4K and this looks and sounds fantastic - it's also great that Fox retained the original 5.1 sound mix that earned the movie an Academy Award and did not Atmos the mix.

Universal's stellar release of a classic!

As par the course, Universal's release and 4K transfer of one of their highest grossing and extremely popular movies gets the makeover it deserves. The image for this release is the best it's looked on home video, and the Atmos mix which may be a bit extreme for a movie that essentially went out in mono sound in 1975, John William's score benefits greatly from an even wider room filing aural dimensionality. A+ Universal ! highly recommended!
