Cellular biologist Lena's (Natalie Portman) husband Kane (Oscar Isaac) suddenly returns from a mysterious region known as the Shimmer after being missing for a year. When Kane falls into a coma, Lena joins a scientific expedition to the area where she and the rest of her team encounter mutated creatures and strange hybrids of plant and animal life while realizing that they themselves are being altered in bizarre ways. Based on Jeff VanderMeer's novel, this visually stunning sci-fi tale co-stars Jennifer Jason Leigh, Gina Rodriguez, Tessa Thompson.

One of the best sci-fi films in years, next to 2049. Also has one of the creepiest scenes put to film in a Looooong time.

I get it, ET, Jaws and all of Spielbergs early works are iconic and great. But this might be one of my favorites. The story is fascinating and the pacing is fantastic. Not a dull moment where there could have been plenty. SEE THIS

Are there people who haven’t seen this by now? Do you not have tv? It’s a classic for a reason. Ignore almost all the sequels.

See it. Watch it. Love it. Benicio del Toro probably has his most iconic character now with this series. Amazing.

The first was bleak, but this was BLEAK. A worthy successor to the first, though the original director would’ve been nice to have back (this director is more than competent though). Watch them both, they’re great.

I love the first. Didn’t hate this one so that’s about all I could’ve expected at this point. First half is meh. Second half is much better. Ending (last actual scene) is awful. Wanna see what the alternate ending is. Can’t be any worse, right?

If it’s Daniel Day Lewis’ last film, not a bad one to end on. Very unique. Strange? Ya. Good? Also ya. Hope it isn’t truly his last film but worth seeing

Very well done show. Dan Stevens continues to be amazing. Very clever and you can tell the Fargo (show) people did it. Same vibes.

Best of 2016. If you haven’t seen it, it’s well worth it. Great performances, very smart and well done. See it.

This is a full game. Hard to say that about most games nowadays. No dlc. No micro transactions. Just a masterpiece for one price. If you own a PS4, buy this. You’re a clown not to.

I WAS WRONG

IGNORE MY POST. This is a piece of garbage that broke after a little over a month and when I tried to return it, they wouldn't accept it for vague reasons. AVOID THIS PRODUCT.

Why don't they release these films in 3D format for the use consumer? The movie is shown in 3D at the theatres but they have stopped putting them out on Blu-Ray 3D why? Please don't say it's because home 3D is bad. Good or bad some people have home 3D.

I think it comes down to cost. Not many TVs do 3D anymore and the 3D format wasn’t as big a seller as they thought. It’s something to experience in a theater, but the mass public doesn’t care about it for home use. It is what it is.
