Alright, thanks for reading my review! Just kidding, it's not over yet. You know, I had my doubts about this one. Fans like me were waiting for Gran Turismo 7 since 2013, GT6 (which should have been a PS4 title). It takes awhile to download, but when the intro begins and it shows real footage of the automobile industry through the years, I got chills. For racing and auto enthusiasts like me, it was really nice to see.
Then the game begins. And there's this beautiful menu screen that is so well organized and put together, the story mode. The gameplay is nice, with decent handling of the cars. If you aren't playing with a wheel, you can turn on motion sensor control on your controller and use it like an actual steering wheel. There's this new thing called the Cafe' which I think is neat, it gives you "missions" to complete and afterwards you get rewards and unlock new tracks and stuff. For every race I've done so far I got a new car, something that hasn't been in the older games. You also get a decent credit reward for each race too. I was able to get a nice used Porsche for only 150,00 credits, a bargain within the first day of playing. Doing the missions, which are actually called Menu Books, unlocks history behind all the cars you collected.
The game itself is.. breathtaking. Its like an upgraded version of the previous installment, Gran Turismo Sport, but they took it and made a new life into it. The graphics are just astonishing and I'm using a PS4 system, and with a PS5 I can't tell what is real and what's not. The game once again captures the true magic of automobiles and racing which we all have come to love and adore with a passion. There are also new features where you can fully customize each car with a balanced menu with everything you need in the tune shop to enhance performance, and it describes each part perfectly and how they work. There is a GT Auto place where you can change oil, paint, make custom liveries and paint jobs with real life decals, everything. The used cars section is neat too, its organized to look like you are shopping online for a car. The detail is just insane. So much work and detail was put into this game. I love this game. Polyphony Digital, you've done it again. Thank you for bringing me closer to the passion I love the most: cars.

As a very long-time Harry Potter fan, I must say this game is incredible. It has gone beyond my expectations, and I can't be happier with it. Well, maybe if Quidditch was included, but even so that's not a big deal with everything else the game has. It includes so much wizarding lore, secrets around the castle, a huge world to explore that looks absolutely gorgeous, and an incredibly intriguing storyline. Not only this, but the NPCs are amazing. I find myself already loving Sebastian and wanting to know more about him as my character gets to know him!
I love that I am constantly still finding out new information about the world that I love so much. I have the books and movies basically memorized, but this game is adding so much more to it that I'm still intrigued in absolutely everything that I discover. As someone who loved reading the books and thoroughly missed the sense of wonder that comes from reading new books, this game has brought that back to me.
The graphics are also wonderful. I love flying on my broomstick and just looking around the world around Hogwarts. Speaking of flying, I love that you can travel through the world without any loading screens! You can fast-travel, if that's more your thing, but I love flying over the Hogwarts grounds, over Hogsmede, and through the trees of the Forbidden Forest!
The magic system is also so, so good. I expected it to be a little clunky, but the way they designed it was incredibly well done. You can pick and choose which spells you want in your hot bar, and it's easy to swap spells out mid-battle if you need to.
I cannot recommend this game enough. If you are a Harry Potter fan, or if you just like fantasy rpgs in general, pick up the game, and pick it up now. You won't regret it.

The PERFECT Size

If you aren't familiar with the Amazon Echo line of products, they are great and I strongly recommend them. As originally a voice assistant, the Echo line has grown and does so much more than simply answer your questions especially now with the benefit of a screen. I own a couple of Echo Show's and use them specifically in the bedroom, kitchen and now with this purchase, my home office. Like all the Echo's it's basically plug and play and very easy to setup. For this particular purchase, I wanted the Echo show but needed a smaller size to sit on my desk. This fit the bill perfectly. Delivery was early and arrived packaged well with no damage. I was concerned at first with the display before it arrived hoping it would be large enough for me to easily see (I have bad eyes and bifocals) and I'm happy to report it's PERFET. Very easy to read and plenty big enough to see what's going on but small enough that it's out of the way and doesn't take up valuable desk area. I can't comment on the camera as I don't use it in this instance but everything else about the Echo is great. I've customized it with pictures as well as my sports teams and things I'm interested in along with creating a couple routines. It's nice to step into the office and simply say, "Alexa, start my day" and the routine I've setup gives me the info I'm looking for each morning. I'm sure this sounds like an Amazon advertisement (no I don't work for Amazon), but it's really a great product and I would highly recommend it.

Imperfect, but much improved

Still getting into it but improved over the past 2 years in terms of playability. Lots of modes and fun to play. The past couple of Maddens I tried were boring to play and offered no controls over my franchise and I quickly lost interest. M23 improves on all these complaints, but could still be better.
I didn’t buy this at release date and only paid $30 for the game. Also I’m aware EA has made numerous patches to improve the game after release and the initial release is why the game has such terrible reviews. Honestly EA should spend more time testing and refining the game prior to release instead of using early adopters as unpaid beta testers leading to those terrible reviews.
Graphically, beautiful. Controls are smooth and responsive and on PS5 feature haptic feedback with the XSX version having almost no vibration. When you are playing football you expect to feel those hits and tackles, so the lack of feedback on the XSX is a huge negative. Game looks the same on both consoles. (I have Ultimate Game Pass on XSX, bought the game for PS5.).
I enjoy the game and recommend picking it up on sale for PS5

It does what I expected. You get 30 days of free Ring service, which you are going to want to subscribe to for video storage and remote control ability. You can use your Alexa devices to control, answer, and hear doorbell playback. It works great with that service and is easy to set up. Installation is a breeze. It's well documented but you may find yourself viewing the installation process on their site. It's straight forward but to get it integrated with your wired doorbell system, you will want to review the online support section so you don't damage your device. It works in snow storms, and in the direct summer heat, and you can adjust your motion settings in the app more than you think. Mounting is a breeze and simple with everything you need. Super Mario is worth it!

This is a great game (These are great games), I never got the chance to play these games on their original consoles, and now I don't have to, I can play them on my Switch and on the go anywhere I want. I plan to 100% all of these games and I'm already over halfway through completing Mario 64, it is great and so much fun. I don't see why people complain about this though, sure it's a little lazy that they didn't make Mario 64 widescreen but who cares? It is an official port of the game that you wouldn't have had otherwise with (from what I've heard) an improved camera. I understand that people could just emulate this game for free in widescreen but you couldn't do that on your Switch without modifying it and the Switch is a great place to play these games now, I personally think that the $60 that it costs is completely worth it for such influential and fun to play games. I would have been nice if they included Galaxy 2 in the collection but they didn't and I'm not complaining, I played through that game once already and had a blast, these are 3 games that I may have never had the chance to play if they had not come to Switch and they are done (slightly) better than the originals in terms of they look better and have better controls, I've heard that if you played the original Sunshine and had muscle memory from its controls though that it is kind of unintuitive to get used to the new ones, which won't bother me but it may some people, but I think it's worth it to be able to play it on Switch, again, great games on a great system just a little laziness from Nintendo but at least we have the games on Switch at all.

Finally the mic arm I've been looking for

This is the fourth mic boom arm I've tried, and this one does what I need, finally. I have a shelf over my desk, and want the mic to come out over my head just above the frame when I'm recording presentations. This arm is extremely long, giving me great possibilities whether I'm sitting in front of my computer or standing up to present in front of a green screen. The arm will come out completely horizontal if I want. Not only that, but while many boom arms pad only the top side of the clamp, this one has padding on both sides so you won't damage the top of the bottom of the surface you are clamping to.
The one thing to be aware of is that the minimum angle is a little more than 90 degrees. So while the boom arm will extend out very far, there's a minimum distance you will be to the place where you clamped the arm. So keep in mind that if you don't want 48 of extension, you may want to order a smaller model like the MBA38 so as to have more flexibility to get closer to where you clamped the mic

Great audio quality for a USB mic. Overkill features for work-from-home voice calls in these pandemic times. Excellent mic for livestreaming, and great features for a variety content creator. It's a little pricey for complete beginners to commit to, and the audio quality won't be as good as an XLR microphone, but it's an amazing price and feature set on its own.
It's shockingly light, meaning it won't tip over tabletop tripods, or weigh down budget boom arms. It comes with its own pop filter and shock mount built in. It has a gain adjustment dial on the bottom, and a polar pattern selector dial on the back. Many microphones don't have on/off switches. Not only does the QuadCast have a touch-sensor on the top for muting and unmuting, the red pop filter lights up when the mic is active. The USB cable for the mic is thick and braided with a smooth sleeve. The mic comes with a desk stand, and a threaded adapter between 3/8" and 5/8", so for most users, everything you'll need for setup will come with the box.

Good for a home with animals

Wish I didn't wait so long to switch to bagless and cordless. I'll never go back. The ease and convenience and freedom of cordless is amazing. The charge lasts long enough to cover my 3 bedroom house if I keep moving, but if I want to also dust with it, I may do that on a separate day/charge. The way the attachments click together is easy and downright fun. I no longer have to put cotton in my ears when I vacuum - this Dyson runs quiet enough to even hear the tv over it. I love emptying the dust bin rather than keeping it in a bag in my house which used to always smell when I vacuumed (even when the bag wasn't full). I have a labrador who sheds a lot and this vacuum picks up dust and hair I never knew I had. I can use the small attachments to dust shelves, lampshades, ceiling fan blades, etc. with an ease I never had before. I am petite with weak hands and have no trouble holding it. I love the placement of the on/off button on the handle as it is so easy to stop and start when you need to. It doesn't eat cords or shoe laces that might get in the way. This Dyson actually makes housework fun . I highly recommend it!
