This is my honest review after 2 weeks with it. The battery is great, lasts longer then i expected at basically full blast. The sound quality is awesome and seems to sound best outputing from an ipad. Just sounds cleaner. But my samsung s22 and ive connected a iphone 13 to it and it works great. It is on the heavier side and having wheels would have made this a 5 star product. The light show is very simple. Not very bright or much to brag about. The bass on it is very good. I tried it in the yard and can clearly hear it from the street. Pros: volume, bass, loud. Cons: no real EQ, no wheels and lights arent very big.

Under the keyboard is great! Fast, very capable. But the monitor is terrible. The white light is so over powering, the basics of windows wash away. If you are planning on hooking this up mostly to a monitor. Rarely actually on the go. Go for it. But if you need to actually be on the laptop only. Spend a few more dollars on something with a screen you can look at for hours. Do not use this for streaming, youtube or anything you need your eyes on for more then 10 mins.

So at this point the design is 2 years old. The regular price was at a bananas crazy $180. I got these on deal of the day for $50.
So the sound is great. I think my music plays pretty dang good on these. I listen to mostly rock and weeknd. The app with the EQ is pretty cool.
Now my actual strange beef with these. So these are for running right? With these on I can’t hear anything in my surroundings. Which is scary. Can’t hear a car coming or someone trying to get your attention. If the AirPods let 30% of your surroundings in even at full blast. These let 0% in.
I know this is really great for some, and for others it’s scary. Thought I’d share that.
They stick in my ears pretty good. Hasn’t fallen off. I have a huge head and small ears.
Final verdict, I give these a thumbs up for only less then $75. Anything over, I give it a thumbs down. You do have to open up your Bluetooth settings and activate. It’s slower. AirPods are the best at that. The sound quality is not bad at all. They are louder then AirPods. With way more bass too.

Oof!! Haha so we returned them. Didn’t even bother holding on to them.

Sooooo, I gave skull candy a chance. Everyone knows the target is to match or beat the AirPods.
They came out first, everyone else just target that! Real simple!
But skull candy managed to make it so hard for themselves. I get it... it’s not that easy. But don’t release something that isn’t ready. These headphones are CLEARLY not ready. I synced them once! The first time!! Heard them and they sound great! After that, literally the second time. I couldn’t get the left on again. I looked at YouTube and skullcandys website. And got pretty frustrated! I boxed it all back up nice and clean. Brought it back and exchanged it for AirPods 2. Just opening the case and “would you like to sync?” Yes. Done!! I really tried to give someone else a chance. But these headphones just failed so bad :(
Maybe if your an android user, it would work flawlessly! Usually happens for just about every smart device I own. I go to android and poof all the Apple issues are gone! So if your on ios, skip these! If your on android, give them a try!! They hang on pretty good, the price is fair. If they stay synced, you got yourself a good pair.

Pretty good with some snags

So I want to start this with saying they sound REALLY good. A lot of youtubers would say these aren’t as good as any Hyper X headphones. I think that’s such a lie. They sound the same with a few more perks over the Hyper X. One major perk for me is I own the Xbox one, switch and PS4. And I don’t want to have a pair of headphones for each. That is just too much money. These have the 3 pin headphone jacks to them and connect to any console. Headphones and mic work. There is a downgrades from the old premium headphones for the PS3. I used those for years and years. These headphones are not powered. The power is only to make them wireless. No amplification at all like the old ones. The bass is better, more clear. Not as simulated as the old ones. Biggest con is, if you have your WiFi router near by, you get dropped sound like CRAAAZY. So keep them away from your router.

I have glasses and I don’t feel uncomfortable at all. I wear them everyday on the train and gym. Running and sitting in the train. No problems.
