Very difficult to use, bad design

This is a good, no great idea. One of the first devices of this kind. However it fails for several reasons. Unfortunately the software is very buggy and the device almost impossible to use if your phone is in a case. The curve on the lightning end is very unwieldy and the USB port appears near impossible to fit into standard USB ports. I think there are better products that do the same thing.
