CONS - a bit light for something with such a strong magnet; you need to hold down the base when you remove your phone, color; white really clashes with my setup, so I'm going to have to cover this thing in d-brand and paint.
To summarize, this is a great magsafe style charging stand and having additional wireless charging in the base for your wireless buds is an awesome feature. Would be a lot cooler if it was available in black or gray.

I should have been more observant about the item description, but I made an assumption that an Anker product would have some kind of electronics involved.
Receiving the package and seeing their slogan "Charge Fast, Live More" on three sides of the box and the (picture included) back of the box calling themselves "America's Leading Charging Brand" with a bullet point touting "Fast-Charging via Leading Technology" certainly did nothing to disabuse me of that notion.
All that said, this is a solid mount and it comes with an adhesive dash base in case (like me) your vents are uncooperative to the main body's design.

Great sound, with numerous options to enhance further
Comfortable to wear (though getting some spinfit tips makes them more comfortable)
Pretty solid battery life for most use cases
Cool design with quality materials
Instant connection as soon as they were powered on
Software seems a bit over-involved at first, but it's worth exploring to get the most out of them.
Sound cancelling is highly effective and it even has the reverse with its Ambient Sound mode that acts as an enhanced pass-through
The only real problems I have with them are;
1) The audio queus from the device itself aren't tied to the connected device and are on the quiet side
