I bought a new Samsung phone I have had it for 4 months and haven't changed it once and I don't treat it any different. It kept saying avalaible for me. I went in and asked and was told yes they had a few in stock and to ask for it at the register. The guy at the register said sorry we are out. I told him i was told there were some and to ask at the register. He went and checked and sure enough they had some.
