This is just a prime example of a studio pumping out sub-par products to the masses that they know will buy it up because of the legacy that it's predecessors have created. This is probably tied for the worst Jurassic Park movie in my opinion (with Jurassic Park 3).

Honestly, I Don't Get the Hype...

Ok, so I am a big Spider-Man fan (I even read/collect the comics), and I have seen all of the movies that have been released. Before watching this myself I heard everyone talking about how great Tom Holland is, which got my hopes up. After watching it, I don't get where the hype comes from. Tom Holland just seems OK to me in this. He's not as good as a Peter Parker as Tobey Maguire was, and he's not as good of a Spider-Man as Andrew Garfield was. This is just average if you ask me. I'd give it 3.5 stars if I could, but I would still recommend it.

Let me start by saying that I enjoy Tom Hardy as an actor, and I did have a good time watching this movie. However, I think that this movie could have been so much more than what it is given the lead actor playing Eddie Brock/Venom. If you are looking for something that you can turn off your brain to and just enjoy than I'd recommend it. If you're looking for something that matches the hype leading up to the release of the movie - then I'd recommend you look elsewhere.
